Every Lily Flo piece is made to order with precision, care, and intention. Once your jewellery is complete, it is carefully packaged and sent to you using secure, insured delivery.
We currently ship worldwide from our London studio.
Shipping Timeline

UK Orders:
Express tracked courier (Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL)
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch -
International Orders:
Express international courier (DHL Express or UPS)
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
(Some remote locations may take slightly longer)
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All Lily Flo pieces arrive in our signature packaging — minimalist, sculptural, and consciously designed.
Each parcel includes:

Optional gift note (available at checkout)
Our packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable where possible.
Customs & Duties (for international orders)
Please note that international customers may be required to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
Lily Flo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Fees
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £500.
Below this, the following flat-rate fees apply:

All parcels are fully insured for peace of mind.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please get in touch with us at hello@lilyflojewellery.com as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to support you and resolve the issue with our couriers.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to address errors.
