WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
Jewellery purchased directly from Lily Flo is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.
If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to hello@lilyflojewellery.com. We will assess the damage and let you know if a repair is possible, as well as the cost for repair.
For jewellery purchased through one of our stockists, please consult with the retailer about their repair policy.
