Lily Flo jewellery is crafted to last — designed with care, intention, and the highest standards of workmanship. Every piece is handmade to order in our London studio using responsibly sourced gold and natural diamonds.

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer support long after your piece leaves our hands.


6-Month Warranty

All Lily Flo pieces come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any faults in craftsmanship or materials, including:

  • Loose or displaced stones

  • Faulty settings or clasps

  • Breakage caused during normal wear (not impact)

If your piece develops a fault within this period, we will repair it at no cost to you.

Please email hello@lilyflojewellery.com with your order number, photographs of the issue, and a short description, and we will arrange next steps.


What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear (surface scratches, patina, or minor knocks)

  • Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or third-party alteration

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Chain breakage due to force or tangling

For longevity, we recommend following our Jewellery Care Guide, avoiding exposure to chemicals, gym or swim activities, and storing your piece in its original box when not in use.


Post-Warranty Repairs & Resizing

We’re always here to help you care for your Lucen piece.

After the warranty period, we are happy to offer repairs, stone resetting, or resizing for a small fee. Please get in touch with details of the issue, and we will provide a quote and estimated timeline.

Some pieces may not be eligible for resizing (e.g., eternity bands or sculptural forms), but we’ll always explore what’s possible.


Restoration & Redesign Services

We understand that jewellery carries meaning — and sometimes, it needs to evolve. We offer a restoration and redesign service for existing Lily Flo pieces to extend their story across time.

How to Arrange a Repair

To begin a repair or assessment, email us at hello@lilyflojewellery.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Clear photos of the piece

  • A description of the issue or desired change

We will guide you from there with empathy and care.
